Partner Properties
Rather than leaning into traditional models of land ownership, we build partnerships with land owners to create realistic pathways for people to access and tend land in urban and suburban contexts. By leaning into collaboration and shared resources, we can do more than we ever could alone.

The Niwot Homestead – 1.4 acres
Founding Property
The Niwot Homestead is the birthplace of High Plains Permaculture, owned by Rod Pullman and Barb Grewelling. Established in 2020, the Niwot Homestead has become a powerful demonstration of suburban-scale homesteading and the power of community. It features maturing systems that include vegetable gardens, small-scale grain production, a forest garden, and perennial hedgerows, all integrated with pigs, chickens, and ducks.

Wild View Farm – 80 acres
Broadscale Prairie Restoration Site
WildView Farm was founded in 2021 by the Tuck Family. We are partnering with them to transform dry, degraded landscapes into community powered, bio regionally appropriate regenerative food systems. This includes implementing a contour dryland agroforesty system in partnership with Drylands Agroecology Research (1600 trees and shrubs planted) as well as regenerative grazing with meat cattle, dairy goats, and poultry to restore 20 acres of de-vegetated, weedy grassland.
